The Global Art Council (GAC) International Professional Certification is an international certification framework established for professionals in the global arts and creative sectors.
The certification recognizes applicants' overall capabilities in professional practice, artistic achievement, cultural contribution, and potential for international development. Through a structured review process, official certification system, and global verification platform, it establishes a professional identity with international credibility.
GAC certification signifies recognition of professional competence and achievement while also providing access to an international network connecting the global arts, culture, and creative sectors.

All applications are assessed according to consistent evaluation criteria. GAC follows a structured, independent, and systematic review process to ensure professionalism, fairness, and international credibility.

Complete the official application form and submit your portfolio, professional CV, and other required supporting materials.
GAC conducts a complimentary preliminary review of each applicant’s eligibility and submitted
materials to determine whether they meet the requirements to proceed to the formal professional
assessment.
Applicants who pass the preliminary review will receive an official notification along with payment
instructions for the certification fee.
The preliminary review is free of charge. No payment is required at this stage.
Upon payment of the certification fee, the application will formally proceed to the professional
assessment stage.
